"I visited the restaurant on November 27th at 3 PM and noticed only one car ahead of me in the drive-thru. I figured the car in front was just placing a large order since it was taking a while. When it was finally my turn, the person taking my order asked me to wait. After five minutes, she informed me that they were out of burger patties. I was disappointed that they hadn't mentioned this earlier and felt my time was wasted. I decided to head to the Saint James location instead, where the staff was friendly, took my order quickly, and had plenty of burger patties available."

I rate Dairy Queen five stars compared to other locations. The staff is friendly, the blizzards are delicious, and the service is exceptionally quick. Plus, there's ample parking available!

I paid $40 for a medium Blizzard and $16 for drinks, but I only received the medium Blizzard and one soda for $40! That's just one drink for five kids who were waiting for them. This is ridiculous!

I recently had the Snickers brownie blizzard at this restaurant, and it was incredibly delicious. My personal favorite remains the classic chocolate-dipped cone. The service is consistently fast and efficient, and they even provided a pup cup for my furry companion! View menu

I ordered milkshakes without whipped cream, but the young person who prepared them added whipped cream anyway. Additionally, the shakes weren't thick at all; it felt more like drinking milk. However, I did appreciate that he was playful and engaged with his coworkers.

A wonderful ice cream store located in East Northport. When ordering from the take out window, it's hard to understand what the person on the other side of the microphone is saying. Reminds me of the old NYC subway systems. But they serve great blizzards so there is not too much to complain about.

This Dairy Queen location is a must-visit, not just for the tasty ice cream, but also for the great food options like hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, salads, and more! The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is fantastic. Kai made us feel so welcome! I highly recommend the Dairy Queen in East Northport on Jericho Turnpike. It’s a great place for kids! View menu

The blizzard was really melted and extremely unlike usual Dairy Queen. Ordered the strawberry cheesecake LARGE and there were about 3 pieces of cheese cake right at the top. The bottom was pure ice cream and it was melting. When I showed the employee, he was really rude about it and said that this is how they do it. Unfortunate really was one of my favourite ice cream shops.

The blizzard was half melted by the time it arrived, and the cover didn’t fit properly; it resembled an upside-down plastic cup rather than a proper lid, which meant it didn’t seal anything. As a result, the runny ice cream ended up dripping everywhere. This was quite disappointing.
