"Had the Ribeye w/aAuGratins and a trip to the salad bar where I discovered what would be the highlight of my meal: the Chicken Soup! I’m 55yo and I’ve spent most of my life in MN WI so I’ve tasted a soup or two and this one is probably the best bowl of chicken soup I’ve ever had. You may think I’m exaggerating but I can assure you I am not. If you’re lucky enough to visit on chicken soup night, give it a try and see for yourself. Upon reading the other reviews I see that others have had some not so great experiences. I’ve been here a half a dozen times and each time it’s been a very good experience. So far they’re 100% with me!"

"Ordered 2 cafe shakes. Had a seat in front of the counter. Waited 15 minutes as we watched a group of kids come in after us check out. There were 2 younger individuals running the place. A guy from the back came from the back to help take orders as the girl made ice cream. After I watched all the team of kids get their order before ours and more people come in and have their orders taken, I finally went to the counter 18 minutes passed! and asked if we were going to get our order. The girl asked what it was and pulled it out of a drawer and gave it to me. They never called us! But looked at me several times. Our shakes were melted, so when she offered me a spoon, it was a joke! My shake was like coffee flavored milk. Won't return. "We visited to catch the Brewers game and enjoy a few drinks. Overall, it was a decent experience. The bartender mixed up my second drink, but they fixed it; however, it took quite a while to receive the second drink initially, even though the place wasn't busy. On a positive note, they did ask if we minded what channel was on the TV, which was nice since we were hoping to watch the Brewers! We didn't try any food this time, but I'm considering trying the chicken on our next visit! Meal type: Other."

"You could tell the staff was either new or overworked. Had to ask twice to purchase the special A&W Mugs. My husband and I collect and love the mugs. We were given a number for dine in and the workers just left our food on the counter and didn't even announce it being done. Another customer kindly told me that our food was done. The atmosphere was quiet and semi-clean. Service: Dine in"

"This charming little restaurant might not be the best choice for larger families, but my daughter and I had a wonderful experience. We savored the delicious calzone and chicken Alfredo. The staff was incredibly friendly and great with kids, even serving their meals first. There's off-street parking conveniently located right in front of the restaurant, and it also has wheelchair accessibility via a ramp on the side. Overall, the in-house dining service was excellent."
