"Came to purchase 2 blizzards. Had a gift card with sufficient value. They ran it 3+ times and the card reader said transaction completed except screen stated the price each time like it didnt go through. When they ran it through we contact customer service to resolve this problem, and the service from the store was unacceptable. They attempted to walk away with my phone a d wanted to keep the card until the spoke with customer service. After I said no thank you, the supervisor contacted the store Mgr. He began to yell, and ask me What do you expect me to do? Throughout the whole conversation he interrupted many times, did not want to make my experience better but worse. All the other employees but 2 giggled and rumored about this scene. Though the manager offered to let us keep the blizzards despite the issue with the card, we chose no given we lost all respect for this location yet been on of our closest and only ones to come to."

Went through the drive through the other day and they did absolutely amazing, everything was hot, fresh and customer service was fantastic! I wish I would have grabbed the young man's name! The worst DQ I’ve ever been to. Our ice cream items were not made properly, even though other DQ’s make them normally. When we asked about the food we got, the employees didn’t seem to know how to make things to recipe. Not to mention the store looks disorganized and even has an uneven floor. A waste of money.
