"I arrived at Dairy Queen Grill Chill at 9:08, but the employees were discussing among themselves, with one saying, “I swear I closed the door,” even though the door was wide open. When I inquired, they informed me that they were closed. However, the website clearly stated that they close at 9:30. If they intend to change their hours, they should update the information on the website as well, especially regarding the menu."

Annie and I stop in after preschool 2/3 times a week. She gets the kids chicken fingers and a cherry slushie. Katy normally takes our order and brings it to our table. Great food and awesome service!

The food was good. However, the person who greeted me when I arrived was not very friendly. I came to pick up an order I had placed through the mobile app, and she seemed unwilling to help. On the other hand, the next staff member I encountered at the drive-thru was very polite and courteous.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. They really made you feel welcomed and appreciated. I ordered the strawberry-dipped shake, which was delicious, and the burger and chili dogs were excellent, as always. I make a special trip to visit this place. As for kid-friendliness, it offers a nice, clean, wholesome atmosphere.
