"I ordered a med blizzard and small twist dipped in chocolate. Pull up to window and was told my total was $10.27. I confirmed what I ordered and she said yes. I paid....my son 's med blizzard was a little better that 3/4 full and all sticky. I received a 2 dollop of vanilla dipped in chocolate that was running down the sides and all over the girls hand. I told her to take it back. She said she couldn 't. I asked for napkins. She disappeared for apx 3 min then came back to the window to collect payment for the car. I reminded her about the napkins. She handed me 1 with chocolate on it. $10 for 2 items was completely excessive location seems to need help and training DQ...you can do better"

Great place for a quick snack. Prices, service, and quality are above average for a fast food establishment. Limited menu but I’ve not had a bad meal here.

The food was tasty, but they really need to hire more staff. There aren't enough people to handle all the tasks, yet the current team is doing a commendable job managing everything.

My wife and I decided to enjoy some ice cream on a Friday evening. The dining area was open, and it was not crowded at all. The ice cream was delightful, and the staff were very welcoming.

Ok, the place smelled like someone used a source mop to mop the floors. The crew was chaotic and not well managed or organized. My milk shake could have been thicker and had more Oreos in it, my wife's sundae was well done. View menu

My coworkers and I ordered four Blizzards for delivery to the hospital, but instead, we received a liquid mess in a cup and encountered rude service. Overall, the experience was disappointing—poor service, mediocre food, and an unpleasant atmosphere. I do not recommend visiting or ordering from this establishment.

For us it's nearly a perfect experience. Fast outside ordering, fast service, and the team makes the dipped medium cone seem like a large every time. That said, paying $8.40 for two ice cream cones means we won't be coming here very often. We alsonever come here for real burgers/meals given the other options around.

The ladies' bathroom smelled like sewage backup. Unappetizing when you are in for lunch. All they need to do is pour hot water into the bathroom drains and don't ever pour mop water down the drain. Maybe some nice smelling fragrance too. The service was great. One lady was working the front counter and the drive-thru. View menu

Went for the 85 cent blizzards, they couldn't get it to work on their system for some reason, but they made it while I was waiting in line, and I guess threw it away since I didn't pay full price because of an issue on their end??? The strawberry shake I got for my son tasted terrible, it taste sour, like they put real strawberries in it that went bad. Do not recommend. Not the first bad experience I've had here.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The girl at the drive-thru was not attending to customers effectively. After waiting outside for about 20 minutes for my order, which was never completed, I chose to go inside. I saw a man and his son leaving because they hadn't received service either. There were only two customers in the dining area, and they were already eating. To add insult to injury, I was charged $2.09 for a cup of ice water, which was mistakenly labeled as a children's drink on my order. I won’t be returning to this establishment again.

"Wow, what a great place to have a party. Vickie’s 1841 Café has so many things you cannot get under one roof anywhere else for your entertaining purposes. We held our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner at 1841 Café. There are not many places one can find with the space, the décor and amenities all in one package. First of all, to decorate in the unique feel of this place in historic Downtown Lenoir NC would bust most budgets. Next and most importantly, Vickie with her kitchen, worked one on one with us to create a unique experience. Eric, Bert and Danny handled our menu’s special request with no problem. This kitchen has become one of the best in Lenoir. They took the extra effort to find the right ingredients to create a beautiful menu and display that not only tasted great, but also made it an extraordinary presentation for our special occasion. Our new extended families are from far away states of the north and mid-west. We wanted to have our best foot forward and Vickie and her staff knocked it out of the park for us. We had a night full of hors d’oeuvres, dinner, dessert and a great place to fellowship. They served 60 people comfortably in the event room. And with a full bar conveniently available next door in the Café’s dining room, we had every need met. It was worth more than the price we paid, which is usual for anyone who knows how Vickie works. She would rather you tip her staff well because that helps her develop a good team. It was a wonderful way to break bread and get to know each other as a new family. Thank you Vickie for creating such a great place for our community to entertain with our families, I can’t wait for our next family get together at the Café. Cliff Marty Anderson Lenoir, NC"
