Dairy Queen Grill Chill

My son loves their blizzards and I got the dairy free ice cream, every thing was good but they need too have more choices of dairy free!!!

Prices are going up. Service has dropped off. They don't feel the container. The containers have gotten smaller. The ice cream is pretty good still.

rude customer service in window. young female was literally unrespectful as if she was annoyed to say my mother that dq has no wet whales for her sunflower. I do not make rudeness especially in customer service.

I hate to complain never do but everytime I order, pay that price my meal never looks worth the price. Looks like a kiddie meal. There's never someone to talk to just a bunch of kids running the place. I'm disappointed everytime. I go back thinking something will change. Nope...So not only that my meal is always cold and it's always dirty. The desert area ,counter etc..is disgusting I'm not sure why the sanitation says 100.

We were impressed with the food at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, but the customer service truly stood out. We stopped by around 1 pm and ordered two meals. The young woman at the window was exceptionally enthusiastic and friendly. She spoke clearly and patiently with my partially deaf father, engaging in a genuine conversation about her job. This Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is situated on a hill, and while I understand times are tough, it was disappointing to be charged 25 cents for a cup for my ice cream cone when my coworker had already provided one. The manager insisted we pay for it, which felt unwelcoming and showed poor customer service. Additionally, the staff seemed uninterested in helping my children practice ordering on their own. The lack of acknowledgment from the cashier was frustrating. I hope businesses in Clayton will adapt to the growing community to stay successful.

I placed an order through the app and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, which it was. However, I was disappointed by the lack of friendliness from the staff member who handled my order. They didn’t greet me or acknowledge the wait. When I mentioned my online order for pickup, they just handed it over without a word. I also asked for a pup cup and was surprised to be charged $2.12, as I’ve never been charged for one before. Despite feeling this was rude, I paid because I promised it to my pet. Additionally, the staff didn’t turn our blizzards upside down as they usually do to demonstrate their thickness. Overall, this won’t be a place I return to; I’ll stick to Wendy’s, McDonald’s, or...

We were one of 5 people in line, and a few people came after us. My mom and I ordered 3 things. We were there waiting for forty five minutes, and then noticed that the people who came AFTER us were getting their orders first. When we asked the cashier about our order, he asked the employees making the food about it, and they said they completely forgot about our order. Then they rushed to make it, but there were issues. One, my salad had a long hair in it! Two, the burger was ice cold like they had left it out for hours before serving it. Three, one of our meals had a random slice of buttered bread in it...
