There’s really no service to speak of here. We waited in line for 30 minutes just to place our order at the drive-thru, and after receiving our ice cream, we were told to pull ahead so they could bring out our food. After waiting another 40 minutes without seeing anyone come to our car, we went inside, only to find that our order was ready and no one had bothered to bring it out to us. When we finally got our food, the fries were only lukewarm. Waiting a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes at the drive-thru is completely unacceptable. Food: 1/5, Service: 1/5, Atmosphere: 1/5.
