"We had to repeat our order four times to the person at the drive-thru. When we reached the window, we received our food and drinks. I ordered a slushy, but unfortunately, it was completely thawed and tasted like liquid sugar. I informed the manager about the issue, and she explained that it was due to the hot temperature in their building. It is concerning that they would sell a product knowing it is in a liquid state. It is disappointing that they do not seem to care about the quality of their products, not even the manager."

Tried coming in to order a ice cream at 845pm on Thursday and was met to a locked door saying they were closed. I was told the grill was shut down and registers were closed all ready even though sign says 9pm
