"I visited this restaurant because a friend told me they served chitterlings, which I was really excited about since I haven't had them in years. My parents used to make them for me and my siblings, and now that both of my parents have passed away, I was hoping to relive those memories. Unfortunately, my food wasn't prepared correctly, and I was disappointed with my order. As a first-time customer, I was told that Dee Dee would call me the next morning, but that didn't happen, so I reached out myself. When I spoke to her, she genuinely listened to my concerns and helped rectify my order. I'm very grateful for how she handled the situation. I encourage everyone to check this place out and ask for Dee Dee; she's fantastic and will make sure your order is right. Thank you again, Dee Dee, for your excellent service!"
