"They had us pull up and wait on jalapeno bites. 15 minutes later I go inside, they had to re drop them. Not sure why, but I asked them to remake the max roast beef due to it being made and sitting all that time. The guy in the back threw the sandwich into the pickup window. When I got home,it was regular roast beef with cheese, it should've been plain.I called to let them know It was wrong, the manager was there and assisted with the order, and I told him I'd be up there with the sandwich, let him know I wasn't happy about the wait, and cold sandwich and had cheese and wrong size sandwich. He was unapologetic, and invited me to bring it back. I assure the gas to take it back is more expensive.The bank will be contacted Monday, and the payment will be disputed.And then will contact the Food Safety Health Services .So tired of ppl taking our money and giving the customer whatever they want to."

"I was disappointed during my visit tonight. I placed a call-in order at 8:30, and when I arrived, my total was $35. I handed the cashier a $100 bill, but he informed me that they cannot accept hundreds due to some counterfeit bills that had slipped through. I asked if they had a marker to test the bills, but he said no. Instead of going to Walmart to buy one of those $2 money markers, they simply refuse to accept $100 bills. Just a heads-up for Firehouse: counterfeit bills don't only come in the $100 denomination."
