"I hate to leave bad reviews, but this is quite possibly the worst Chinese food I 've ever had. (Probably the worst food in general I 've had in a long time). It has been a few years since we ordered from Lin 's and decided to have a special treat for a birthday dinner. We ordered two take out dinners of chicken and broccoli. I 100% guarantee it was not chicken. The chicken was tasteless, white, slimy, and had a texture that did not resemble any kind of meat, let alone chicken. The only recognizable flavor was that of the oil in the greasy sauce which was not pleasant. The broccoli likewise only tasted of the sauce and was overcooked. Sad to say, this was not the birthday dinner experience we had hoped for. I understand the cost of food has gone up over the last few years, but this meal cost over $30, and was not even edible. It is so disappointing to throw that kind of money away. We will not be ordering from Lin 's again."

"Forgot half my food and didn’t realize until I got all the way home. Shouldn’t have to check the bag to make sure people do their jobs correctly. I’ve done this job, it’s easy. Put in the bag what the screen says. But apparently that’s too hard for some people. And it’s pointless to call and complain because then you’re just told to come back when you’ve already gone all the way home. Food: 1"

"I used to have a high opinion of the Arby's on Morgantown Road in Uniontown, but in the past four months, the quality has taken a nosedive. The new manager seems unable to do his job; instead of focusing on orders, he prefers to stand around and chat. When he does take an order, he manages to get it completely wrong despite reading it back to me. I can’t see myself returning to a place where the manager is not doing his job properly. This Arby's used to have fantastic management and excellent employees, but now it's just terrible. Today, I went without lunch because of the manager’s mistakes—especially frustrating since I struggle with low blood sugar and need to eat regularly. It’s ridiculous that he can repeat orders correctly but chooses to chat instead of ensuring the food is prepared right. I won't be coming back until there are some improvements."

"I was on my way to grocery shop at Shop n Save, so I stopped at Jimmy John's to grab sandwiches since it was right next door. My sandwich was made wrong, but I let it go because I don't care. I was just hungry. I took one bite and pulled a blond/gray hair out of my mouth. There was only one blond lady there. I'm a brunette. I walked up and showed them, saying, "This isn't mine!" They snatched my sandwich, asked me what I had, remade it, handed it back and said, "Here you go..." The sandwich was still made wrong. They didn't offer my money back (my order was $9) and didn't even apologize. There were several customers in there, and I could've and should've made a way bigger deal. It sucks because I like the sandwiches, but I won't be back. I've never had bad service until today. They're rude, and they don't know the menu. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2"
