"If you eat here on a Sunday, beware the menu is limited. I ordered Fred’s hamburger only to be told they don’t make that on Sunday. Then I ordered a quesadilla with meat only to be told they don’t make that on Sunday. The reason is they are too busy on Sundays. When I arrived at 5:45 PM to retrieve my takeout order, there were two tables occupied and one person at the counter. I ended up with the children’s quesadilla which was ok. My husband enjoyed his Spicy Cowboy burger. Both of us agreed the fries were disappointing as they were rubbery and not crisp at all. Also, the signage does not clearly state “Desert Grill”."

The food was quite good, and the service was excellent. It was bustling during the Balloon Festival, but despite the crowd, everything was enjoyable.

The breakfast at Desert Grill was fantastic. It’s a hearty portion, perfect for starting the day before your morning activities. The coffee is great too! The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is very friendly.

Overall, the food was enjoyable, particularly the spicy cowboy burger, which was a standout. The smoked pulled pork was good, but not the best I've had. The service was excellent and the waitress was very friendly.

Great food, service, and nice open restaurant. Pulled pork plate with potatoes and gravy/ side salad was delicious. Kids said the burgers were juicy and yummy. Fiesta salad good too. Server was quick and friendly. Would stop again!

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious! For my dining experience, I enjoyed breakfast, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well.

Although the burger was reasonably priced and quite tasty, the fries felt subpar. The seats lacked padding, making it uncomfortable to sit in them. Our waiter seemed hurried and spoke softly, which made communication a bit difficult. On the bright side, the food came out quickly. Overall, I would rate this experience a 5 out of 10. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere felt genuine, though it was quite busy since it was the only place open. The food was somewhat of a mixed bag. The salad bar left a lot to be desired, while the burger was quite tasty—though it came with large pieces of raw onion and just a thin slice of pickle. The burger bun was enjoyable, but overall, don't expect fine dining here!

It was a quiet Saturday night at 8 PM, and surprisingly, there weren't many people around. We ordered a Spicy Monkey burger, a Brisket Melt, and a Pull Pork plate to share among the four of us. The burger was excellent, especially with the addition of jalapeños. The Brisket Melt was also fantastic, featuring tender brisket nestled between two slices of perfectly toasted bread. The pulled pork was decent but could use a bit more tenderness. Both sides—the coleslaw and mashed potatoes—were enjoyable. Overall, we had a lovely meal, thanks in part to the friendly staff.
