"I previously worked at this restaurant and have personally seen roaches. The dishwashing process is rushed and seems deliberately so. Despite having to clean over a thousand trays, bins, bowls, and silverware, I was criticized for not cleaning fast enough. At times, there is a lack of sanitizer or hot water for proper rinsing, resulting in dishes being left on uncleaned racks where dirty dishes are also stored. The lids are left sitting in warm sanitizer water for hours. Eating here comes with a risk, so proceed with caution or if you are not concerned about how your food is prepared."

Love it, staff is friendly and that fried tofu huts the spot. Tried today for the first time.

First and last time. Food was ok but metal parts came out of my bowl. When I told them about it they just said “oh ok” not even an apology.

Always understaffed, always waiting even when food is ready (they won't hand over your pickup bag because they prioritize walk in customers). Do not expect quick service. View menu

The staff at DIG are some of the friendliest in the city, always generous. I also love the vegan and vegetarian options available. The food is consistently fresh and delicious.

Service sucks!! I went to this location to get some food and they had it closed only making grub hub and uber eats order because they were backed up. Instead of prioritizing walk in customers.

The Jasper hill mac cheese, sweet potato, and meatball combo is to die for?especially if you get three of their homemade Sriracha sauce on the side. Dig inn is offers good portions and well seasoned basic food. View menu

My favorite take out. Very gluten free friendly and just overall fresh yummy food. This will be my “I don’t feel like cooking” meal or “we just got back from traveling” meal and I never feel gross. Filling but nutrient dense!

I got a delivery order so can't speak to inside the restaurant but the food was really good. I got the hot honey chicken bowl and a side of balsamic which I used for the broccoli. I got seemingly full portions so hopefully I never get a smaller bowl as some people mentioned.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
