"I placed a scheduled delivery order through the Uber app around 10-10:15AM for a restaurant that opens at 10:30. Despite this, I called at 10:15 to confirm the order. Surprisingly, they answered the phone and I provided my name, order, and a special instruction (no tomatoes). The lady on the phone confirmed that there would be no tomatoes. Even though there were instructions on the Uber ticket, I still called to confirm. When the delivery order arrived (on time/early *shoutout to Uber*), to my disappointment, the whole order contained tomatoes. I had ordered two entrees and requested the wrap without tomatoes, but it still had them. The food tasted great, but I have to give a lower rating due to the miscommunication with a Doc Greens employee and the failure to execute the order accurately."

Both me and my gf went last night and got food poisoning. Hit the Dillons salad bar across the street instead. They also seem pretty fast and loose with dietary requirements.

I am not sure why there are negative reviews about this restaurant. I stopped here during a road trip and had a fantastic lunch. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms, and the service was quick. I really liked my sandwich and the grilled zucchini as a side was delicious. View menu

I had the fresh roasted turkey entree with a cup of tomato bisque soup. The cheddar mashed potatoes were delicious! Arrived around 11:30am and had no wait for my order to be taken. Food came out fast. Prices are a little high for the amount of food but it was fresh. Definitely a popular choice for lunchtime as it filled up very quickly after noon.

First time in. Ordered my food and was pointed with a grunt to go to the far end of the counter and pay. Personnel at cash register only spoke to ask if I wanted a receipt. Waited 15 min in an empty restaurant with no other orders to get my food. It was 8:30 and place closed at 9. Staff already had chairs up and were mopping. Whether the food is great or not I will not be returning. I can get rude and slow service anywhere.

This restaurant consistently disappoints with their food preparation. I ordered a Dr. Caesar steak chopped and medium rare, but the grill cook ignored my request and served me overcooked, burnt steak. It's frustrating to have your preferences disregarded, especially when you're led to believe you have a choice. The quality of food at this location is subpar compared to others in the chain. I would advise avoiding this restaurant, as my experiences here have been consistently unsatisfactory. View menu

I always get a build your own salad, their ingredients are fresh. We tried the Cuban panini and the corn casserole today. The sandwich wasn't extremely flavorful but everything was balanced well and the food was fresh I really enjoyed it. The casserole was delicious I recommend it. They were filling orders on the phone and tablets but not taking our orders quickly for coming in store, we waited probably 10-15 minutes before placing our order but they were nice. Thank you!Vegetarian options: Plenty of options.

Usually like this place a lot, not tonight. Very disappointing pickup/takeout experience tonight at the Central Hillside location. We ordered one sandwich with mashed potatoes, one with mac and cheese. We received two mashed potatoes.I was ok to overlook this not make a fuss — mistakes happen — until my partner pulled a shortish blond hair out of his potatoes. We both have shoulder length dark hair; his was in a bun and mine braided at dinner. So it had to have come from an employee. Now neither one of us is too appetized with the rest of our (incorrect) order.

"As a Gluten free couple and myself being only a fish eater (no meat) there are very few quality restaurants my husband and I find that we can truly enjoy in the city of Wichita. Most places do have one or two choices for those with my dietary requirements, but often they seem like an afterthought. The Belmont is now added to our short list of regular places we plan to dine. We met Tory, the owner who sat us to our cozy booth, and immediately began to offer creative GF takes on several of their dishes. I was offered a decontructed bruchetta where the fillings were served on a lettuce plate and in place of some of the meat component was offered a side of nice smoked salmon for protein. I added the olive snack and was delighted with the red and green selection. My husband had the burger (hold the bun) and loved his meal. We splurged on sharing a dish of homemade vanilla ice cream for dessert. It was fresh and tasty! My only suggestion would be to keep some rice or GF flour on hand in the kitchen to possibly offer some of the breaded or fried dishes as GF options. (Yes even with a shared fryer, there are many such as my husband and I who are not celiac who have found shared fryers make no difference) Fully 30% of the public considers themselves GF. It is so easy to get a box of quality GF pasta or sub out some GF or Rice flour to dredge for frying. I find Rice flour to make for a crisper dredge anyway! I truly wish more Wichita restaurants would attempt to provide more varied dishes for us GF restaurant goers. Wouldn't you like 30% of your client base to be thrilled to head your way for good GF dish options? Just offering starchy GF sandwich buns (not what the Belmont does) is not a creative answer."
