"My husband and I had the lobster roll. Was disappointed that it was little lobster pieces (not like the picture on menu and the lobster was mediocre taste for $28. Couple with us ordered the salmon and Italian beef sandwich; they didn't comment. The lobster rolls and beef sandwich came out, but it was 20 minutes later that they brought the salmon out, so our food got cold while waiting. Service seemed to be inexperienced (i.e. taking used dishes, checking back, etc. especially for a high class restaurant. We all ordered the lobster bisque and that was very good. Would probably give it another try. Expectations were high as this is an expensive restaurant."

everything is always great. yaya, our server, was very attentive and friendly. the menu has a good selection as well as the wine list. the cal salad is delicious! good atmosphere and a good hour.

The food at Dodie's Dockside far superseded our expectations. My pork shank was delicious, falling off the bone and huge! The sachetti was also delicious, and the chicken Parm was also wonderful with two large pieces of chicken. the deserts were also fabulous.
