The pizza did not have alot of sauce other than that the topping amount was great and the delivery went well within a reasonable time

I've ordered from here on multiple occasions. The pizza sides have always been hot made correctly. They've always been prompt on time with delivery. Drivers have been friendly.

I tried to call this restaurant at 9:17 for an order, but they did not answer the phone. I work night shifts and am unable to order my pizza. I am glad Chick-fil-A moved in nearby in the same parking lot. Marcos needs to step up their game.

Sometimes they nail it. Other times I've had to ask them to remake undercooked pizza and the remake once was still undercooked. Probably poor training for handling pizza with a lot of toppings. We got 7 pizzas and sides for a party and when we went to pick it up there was only one person working. She did an amazing job, but it felt shocking that at an entire location all work falls on one person. The ratings are low and all the complaints seem to be of problems that would be solved by having more hands. Such a large company can afford to hire at least one additional person, ideally more. It sends the message that they don’t care

I have been ordering pizza from the Advance store for years and it has always been great. However, the last two times I ordered, the pizza was overcooked. Last night, on September 17th, 2023, I ordered a medium pizza and some cheesy bread, and both were overcooked. I could only manage to eat a few bites of the pizza before throwing it in the garbage. I have noticed several recent reviews with similar complaints, so I have decided not to order from them again. A frozen pizza is better than the last two I bought, and it is also much cheaper.
