"I don 't know who was working on 06/12/22 at approximately 9:30 pm, but that lady needs to learn how to speak to customers over the phone. I 've NEVER had anyone shout at me my entire life when ordering food over the phone, I hope I 'm not sounding like a male Karen but her attitude was atrocious. I called and asked her how many pieces do the wings come in, and because she must have had me on speaker it was a bit muffled so I asked her to repeat, I could sense she was aggravated. So then I asked her whats the price of the 16 pc, to which again I kindly asked if she could repeat because the background noise was pretty intrusive, and she proceeds to yell ONE FIVE NINE NINE! . That stopped me in my tracks, like I said, I 've never been spoken to like that over the phone at any establishment and I told her to calm down and drop the attitude. She doubles down and says ARE YOU GOING TO ORDER ANYTHING? I 'M THE ONLY ONE WORKING HERE TONIGHT! At which point I just hung up, I 'm not gonna order food from such a disrespectful employee. Listen, I understand it gets hectic working in fast food, but you 're insane to think a customer is going to finish their order after being shouted at because you 're having a rough day at work. For the most part everyone there has always been nice and courteous, but as long as that particular person is working there and taking orders I 'll pass."

I ordered from this restaurant for my son's birthday and they provided the best price and quality service! The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend them, especially for big events.

Horrible service. Waited an hour for my food to be delivered and it never came. Called and came to the store and they insisted that I was lying. Even offered to prove that no driver ever called to confirm an address. Hostile workers that clearly need to be re-evaluated. If you’re looking for pizza in Needham go to Sweet Tomatoes a block away

Whoever answered the phone tonight after i stood outside waiting for my delivery for 20 mins, all he did was argue with me about why i didn’t have the app and call the driver….INSTEAD OF FIGURING OUT HOW I WAS GETTING MY FOOD… ya know- A SOLUTION!! If you dont like your job get a new one please ! A good attitude goes a long way and your customer service is terrible.
