They really need to work on their chicken wings. ? I know your specialty is Fast Pizza but your chicken wings are like a 1.5 maybe

Well you can order your pizza well done but that’s not a guarantee you will get it that way (facts). Even though it’s an option on online ordering. And here the curbside pick up doesn’t work either, so wear pants.

my work orders from here atleast 5x per week with several orders each time. the delivery drivers are nice, but the delivery time is ridiculous. tonight, one of our inhabitants ordered a medium pizza and it took 1 hour. 40min for delivery. our business is not, but maybe 10 minutes away. View menu

Have order from here numerous times but this time was not good at all. Pizza was cold and burnt. Placed order at 5:20pm and didn’t get it until 6:15pm so I’m assuming that it just sat there. I literally sat outside in the parking lot from 5:30 till I got my pizza. I called the place to ask about my order and all i got was DIMINOs pizza please hold. I couldn’t even drive to the window because it was back up with vehicles waiting for their order. Idk maybe it was a bad day!

The service is horrible. I kept calling to place an order and they would put me on hold and never returned to the phone. So I hung up called back and they kept hanging up on me. So I wouldn't call back they wouldn't didn't hang up the phone.I understand this is Saturday night you are that busy you can't take an order. And No Sir and No ma'am I will not order your food. I will take my business and money somewhere else. I want people to know bad business is just bad business. From the looks of your reviews you might want to look into new management or another profession. Maybe pizza is not your calling guys. ?

Online order claimed it would take 25-to 35 minutes, took almost an hour. It showed up after I called to check on my order. One of the pizzas was wrong. When I called to correct the issue the young man was short with me then hung up on me while I was speaking. I took the wrong pizza to the store and explained I was trying to tell him I was happy to come get the correct pizza but he hung up on me. Again, he was rude and never apologized to me. We waited over an hour to get our food. We were ok with that because we know everyone is short staffed right now. When we got our order it was ice cold and part of our order was not there. We called and asked them what happened and they offered to remake our order. After another almost hour we called and we're informed our order was on the way but only the half they forgot in the first place. They told us if we wanted the rest they would send out another car. At this point it was over 2 hours since we ordered so I said no we wanted a refund. They tried to refuse but I insisted on a refund. Literally the slowest, worst Domino’s Pizza I’ve ever experienced in my life— from the West Coast to the East Coast! We’ve had them cancel orders on us without notice, forget items without compensation, and now… we regularly wait over an hour for our orders, no matter the size! Ive never seen such a poorly run Domino’s franchise anywhere, ever! Today, they updated the tracker for my order to “quality check” at 5:26 PM. For those unfamiliar with their tracking system, that is the final step before it is handed off to the delivery driver and it is sent on its way to its forever home. Ordered pizza for delivery. I live around 3 minutes away from the store. Was watching tracker and watched the driver come right to where my street was and then just drive right past. I thought he just missed the turn , but he then continued driving all the way back to dominos and sit there for around 4 minutes. Finally he drove back out and started driving the opposite direction from my home.At this point I called the store and manager said to just give him a few minutes because he may have gotten lost.
