"I used to have no issues with this restaurant, but over the past year, the service has really declined. My orders often stay in "quality check" limbo for an hour before I finally receive a notification that they're out for delivery. A few weeks ago, I tried ordering online and found that it was unavailable, so I called instead. The person who answered informed me that they were understaffed and would not be delivering that day. I work in retail, so I understand the challenges, but this level of service is unacceptable. By the time the food arrives, it's usually cold."

I'm not sure why Domino's has such a negative reputation. You know exactly what to expect when you order from them: good pizza at a reasonable price, delivered hot and cheesy right to your door. This isn't gourmet pizza, but it makes for a quick and convenient meal.

I ordered a green pepper, onion and sausage pizza for pickup. My mistake I didn't check before Ieft and they gave me pepperoni instead of green pepper. I called and was told I ordered pepperoni even though I don't even like it. Told me I had to drive it back (15 min drive in a rainstorm) didn't offer anything else. So lame. Whatever but ill never order from here again, I understand mistakes but he insisted it was my fault when it clearly wasn't. What happened to the customer always being right? Pshhhhhhhh on Dominos
