"the customer service here is terrible. they have absolutely no respect for the people who are waiting for it and continue to show respect, even if it is their fault. yesterday I ordered a pizza without a cheese (have a milk allergy) and they still felt what good original errors happen. but the worker did not even apologize and looked angry that he had to make the pizza right again. ideally this would be in order, but the same exact time with the same worker happened in the following week. they do not read the orders correctly and it lacks compassion and even general interest in their customers. this specific worker was so rude and said we waited only 4 minutes for him to rotate the pizza (we waited 15-20.)"

One thing that you can always count on Dominos for is their terrible service and rude attitude from miserable employees. Order for pick up and it is not ready in 2 hours. When it is ready, it’s missing stuff. Never do I ever wanna be at a dominos again.

A fraudulent charge was made on my credit card to this Domino's location. According to their listing on the website, this is their credit card purchase policy: ID CARD ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS.That's the funny part. Someone spent $132.69 on my credit card. By the way, I live in California. I was at work all day when this purchase occurred.This store approved a credit purchase without proper identification. Very unprofessional.

Disappointing experience. Arrive to collect the order, and one of the pizzas handed to me was completely wrong. Before another pizza was being made, transpired there was a mix up with another order. Had I not checked the pizza before leaving, both mine and another order would have been wrong. Left with the correct pizza order in the end. Pizza tasted fine, but the cinnamon twists were awful. Could taste it had been contaminated with meat and garlic residue. Convinced it contained pieces of garlic in the twists, but could be mistaken. Absolutely awful. Avoid.
