"My fiance, sister and I went last night and the waiter was rude. Never came back to our table to see if we wanted refills, my fiance asked for a straw he slunged him 3 while another customer asked for one he let them grab one off his holder he was wearing. At the end of the night he got my debit card and my sister's debit card. Luckily she looked at the receipt and he charged her order on my card. I was told by the manager that I would receive the $81.94 back on my card today and I have yet to receive it. I called and no answer. So I will be making a visit. And that's the last time they will ever get business from me."

Used to go all the time! But for them to argue with me about a menu item that I can see clearly says one thing and they say it says another is ridiculous. Then we didn't receive everything and for them to say no refund... screw that! Los Portalas is closer anyway! We are done!

This is my family’s favorite restaurant…the food is always awesome and the servers are quick to take care of us. I wish the hostess was as wonderful as the servers. Every time we come in, there are usually 8-14 of us and she is always difficult and doesn’t want to help us with seating everyone. She’s a hard worker, but her attitude could be so much better. Classic Mexican experience in a casual environment with a superb, fully loaded Don Pancho Quesadilla on the menu. Filling, not overly salty, sided with a fresh mexican salad and filled with a nice blend of proteins. The variety of meat packed in this thing is almost unreal. Everything for Shrimp to Chorizo and back. The table service was decent enough and even the sweet tea was tasty.

My husband and I visited Don Pancho Mexican Restaurant, and we were thoroughly impressed with our meals! I ordered the veggie wrap, while my husband enjoyed the steak fajitas, and everything was absolutely delicious. Initially, my husband was unsure about choosing this place, but now he can’t stop raving about it, saying it was the best Mexican food he’s ever had! I’m really glad I convinced him to try it, and I know we’ll be returning often. We’ve been back since, and the food was just as amazing! We love this restaurant! Our waiter was incredibly friendly, and the entire place was spotless!
