"If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited in the drive-thru for five minutes without anyone saying a word. When we finally reached the window, we found three employees just standing there with their mouths wide open, staring. When we told them that no one had taken our order, they sent us back around, only to end up at the back of the line and wait all over again. On top of that, they can't even make coffee properly. I recommend going to the one in Dover or Great Barrington; this location is a disappointment. Price per person: $1–10."

I would rate this place zero stars if I could. The employees were chatting while the line kept getting longer. The service was incredibly slow. The only good staff are the ones who work the evening shift.

This restaurant has four staff members efficiently managing a busy line of cars. The coffee is fantastic, and I really enjoy the menu. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5. View menu

Does the job. Drive in. Order your items. Get your items. Drive out. Though, admittedly, I'm surprised an accident hasn't happened, as the end of the drive-thru lane directly intersects with the entrance to the gas pumps at the adjoining Shell station. Be cautious!

They are short staffed, expensive, and generally unhappy to serve you. Especially if your order is above 2 items. They always mess up my order, and overall the restaurant is deserving of a poor review. Sorry guys, kindness and good service go a long way. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

This Dunkin’ Donuts is in poor shape. They cannot get a single order right I ordered a latte three mornings in a row all three mornings I got regular coffee. That tasted like water. They seriously need to get people in that store who know what they’re doing. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 View menu

Place is still unbelievably dysfunctional. There's always new people, which means there's always new rookies that'll get your order wrong. I really have no choice coming here considering it's the closest dunkin after an overnight shift. Otherwise my coffee is right about 25% of the time and the everyone working there has the personality of a robot.

Had to wait thirty eight minutes just to place my order for1cup of coffee. 3 of the slowest workers possible on duty. Drive thru closed. Over 20 people in line and 10 waiting for pick up. Should not take online orders, if you can't keep up with walk instead or drive thru. Either staff the business or shutt it down. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

"I was traveling through town and wanted some breakfast so I stopped by. There are rules handwritten on paper all over the doors and was very confusing to understand. I was curious what they were so I took my time to read it all but I was rushed inside by the lady working there. It seems like this place is stuck in hardcore COVID restrictions although zi wasn't forced to wear a mask (if I was, I would have walked out anyways). While the place is clean, it is worn down and uncomfortable. I didn't want to sit at the counter but I was forced to wasn't going to argue. The menu was challenging to read. There was a combination of print and handwritten notes which I couldn't read because the menu was printed and laminated 30 years ago and is scratched to hell. I couldn't decipher what to order so I just asked for eggs, potatoes, toast and bacon. It did come with coffee. The lady that serves is also the cook so that was an interesting touch. The food came promptly but was an extremely small portion. The toast was burned so that wasn't enjoyable. The potatoes were the best part. The portion was so small I actually ordered a second portion to fulfill my hunger. Then the bill came. How the hell was this $29? I couldn't understand the menu and I didn't have the desire to argue it so I left cash and walked out. At $29, that means each meal was $14.50. How the hell are two eggs, two slices of toast, 4oz of potatoes and two strips of bacon $14.50?!I recommend everyone please read the other reviews they are accurate. I didn't have as an unpleasant experience as others but I opted to be very open minded and relaxed because I was hungry. This place is obviously run by an insanely LIBERAL person and I was afraid to say anything in fear of getting kicked out of the only diner in town, that I saw. I won't be back. There is a reason it is always empty."
