"I absolutely adore this place! My family moved to New Castle last November, and for the first five months, I kept going to my old Dunkin' in Boothwyn, PA. However, with gas prices on the rise, I decided to try a location next to Wawa on Rt. 13, but my coffee just didn’t taste right. That’s when I decided to give this place a chance, and I’m so glad I did! The staff is incredibly friendly, and they’ve consistently made my coffee exactly how I like it since my very first visit—no disappointments at all. They genuinely know me now! About a week ago, my husband went in because I was having trouble adding money to the app, and when he placed my order, they asked, "Is this for Colleen?" I love that personal touch! I've noticed that many Dunkin' locations tend to treat regular customers better than newcomers, but that’s not the case here; they’ve been fantastic from the very beginning. Just today, the woman who usually works the drive-thru even recognized me and greeted me with, “Hi Colleen! I love that lipstick color!” If I could give this place ten stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend it!"

The service at this coffee shop is incredibly slow. There's no reason it should take over 20 minutes just to get a coffee in the drive-thru. With so many options available, it takes forever for people to decide, which ends up wasting everyone's time. Additionally, prices keep rising, and the longer wait times combined with the higher costs simply don't make sense.

I decided to go inside and speak with the owner, who offered me a complimentary meal, which I declined. As a regular visitor to this restaurant, I've noticed that while the staff tends to be cheerful and friendly towards white customers, they often appear cold and distant with Black customers. One of my colleagues even advised me to avoid this place for that reason. Today's experience has made me regret every dollar I've spent here. I plan to reach out to corporate and will contact anyone necessary to make sure that no one else has to face this kind of treatment. They have lost a loyal customer!
