"We were quite disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We came for dinner to meet friends, and while we were warmly greeted upon arrival and our server took our drink orders, things went downhill from there. After placing our food order, I started feeling quite hungry and inquired about our meals after quite a wait. I was informed that the cook was busy handling phone orders for their wing special that evening. Seriously? They were prioritizing phone orders over customers dining in? Fine, I suppose. Then, when I asked about my order of cheese ravioli, I found out it wasn’t even available and that they had prepared meat ravioli instead. Thankfully, I’m not a vegetarian, but it took them over 45 minutes to let us know? And then to add insult to injury, they mentioned it was already cooked. Overall, I must say I was not impressed with our first visit here."

The food is great and reasonable, and I used to have issues with the service, but John, our excellent waiter put all those issues to rest. View menu

I really enjoy dining here whenever I'm in the area. It's typically not very busy, and the food is consistently good. The atmosphere is friendly as well.

This Durbins is great when your looking for a sports bar with a local atmosphere. The food is well prepared and the drinks are poured to profection if you know what I mean. Great for dates or night with friends

Pizza was good, no complaints about the food. The person who answered the phone when i ordered seemed to either be bothered br thd call or was having a bad day or just didnt like her job. That was the only reason i didnt rate higher. View menu

The wings are fantastic, with a variety of flavors to choose from. The French fries are soft and perfectly salted. The beers are served ice cold in a bucket. The waitress was friendly and attentive, providing quick service. Bingo night can get a little crowded, but there’s plenty of free parking available. There’s also a slot machine for those who enjoy gambling. This is a great place for large families to gather!

The price for a bucket of Modelos is quite high, but I must say the service was excellent. The pizza was enjoyable, and the atmosphere was calm; we were there for a work Christmas party. Just a heads up: be cautious about the tip that gets automatically added to the bill. One person ended up paying around $100 for three buckets of Modelos, which included the included gratuity. It seems unfair to apply a tip for one person buying just beer, considering the size of the group he was with. I understand the charges for pizzas and other items, but for just three buckets, it feels excessive. Aside from that, the experience wasn't bad at all.

"To say that the service was terrible is an understatement. Went there around 1 hour before their closing time, wanting to dine in. Nobody met me at the door and I was looking for anyone to talk to. After I was finally approached by one of the staff while standing by the front desk I immediately made it known that was my first time at their place and asked for any recommendations. After picking a dish I liked while still standing by the front desk and not even being offered to sit I payed around 34 which I found too much but still added a tip. I was told to wait for 15 minutes which I did. At the end they brought my food packed in a bag to take out. I was confused and told them that I didn’t ask for a take out and wanted to dine in, to what they got aggressively disrespectful telling me that their dining in is closed. I was trying to explain that I mentioned the fact that I am a first timer and didn’t know anything about their work regulations to what I was told in an extremely disrespectful manner that I should have known that “anywhere in America” when you order food by the counter that means you take it out. I didn’t have anything else to say but that they are extremely rude and this is not the way they should treat their customers. They gave me the worst experience. Definitely not going there again and warning anyone I know against it. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"After making my payment, I drove home with my order and should have been wary when I pulled out the sundae; it was in a plastic container that was a struggle to open! This clearly wasn't freshly scooped ice cream drizzled with warm caramel and fudge; it was obviously pre-packaged. Even though that thought nagged at me, I decided to give it a try, despite realizing that I could have gotten toppings at Tony's for much less than the $10 I paid for this sundae—yes, $10 for one turtle sundae! I tasted the whipped cream first, but it had no flavor whatsoever, so I pushed it aside. The ice cream, caramel, and fudge were all frozen solid, like a brick. Normally, when you get ice cream topped with hot fudge and caramel, the heat should start to melt the ice cream by the time you get home, but not in this case! Everything was still rock hard. It was clear that the entire container—ice cream, fudge, caramel, and whipped cream—had been sitting pre-packaged in a freezer. When I took a spoonful of the ice cream with solidified caramel, I was disappointed to find that the caramel had a gritty, waxy texture. I could actually feel this unpleasant, waxy grit on my lips, teeth, and tongue! Having been around long enough, I recognize that this is what happens to sugary syrups when they age or are frozen for too long. It was utterly disgusting, and I cannot recommend this place! This is what happens to businesses that have been around for a while but have lost interest in maintaining the quality of their food."
