Best teriyaki chicken plate around in my opinion. And the salad dressing is so delicious. Love this place.

The food is great and fast it's great for lunch especially if you on time crunch grab and go. I definitely recommend this to all my co workers

This restaurant is more suited for a quick dining experience, but also offers convenient carryout options. The food is consistently delicious and the aroma of fire cooking adds to the ambiance.

Haven't been for a couple years. And not going back. Service was slightly rude. The chicken was dry. Small serving of rice and Lettuce. The kitchen view from the counter was very dirty. I miss Anthony and the positive vibe and yummy food.

I used to frequent this restaurant when I lived in Portland. The last time I visited was probably in 2018 or 2019, and the food was just as delicious as I remembered. It is still the best teriyaki I have ever had. I travel and move around the country quite a bit, and struggle to find teriyaki that compares to this place. In my experience, the quality is better earlier in the day compared to right before closing time, but even then, I have always enjoyed excellent quality food. View menu

I think I've eaten teriyaki first, so I've got it in my mind, but I'll give this place a 5/5. Hopefully it won't ruin other teriyaki places for me by getting my standards too high! the meat was plentiful, tasty and delicate. I've got chickens and I've got a pig. I liked the pork best, but I definitely sort. the rice was simple, but well worked in combination with the very tasteful meat. salat and salat dressing was a nice addition to the meal. the place is super tiny, we ordered at the counter and then stood outside while they made it. It's a great place to pick up lunch! Very popular. The place is jumping during lunch time. Very crowded, so please bring your patience if you go at this time of day! Really, I think it's better for take out. Just be aware, the parking lot is tiny. The staff is great, so please be nice. Unfortunately, they were out of the spicy chicken, so we had to get regular, but it's not too bad. This is the original and only tru Dus in Portland and it's surrounding areas. This is truth as I believe it, please correct me if I am in error. Years ago there was confusion involving locations. What restaurant has the luxury to only have it's doors open for one shift Monday-Friday (11:00a.m.-8:45p.m. , and closes on the weekend? Du's does. And it's patrons are greatful for those hours. They put out a small menu that they had perfected and we all have our favorites. My go to is is grilled chicken, pork or a combo, place over a mountain of sticky rice, with a side salad.
