"We stopped here for a night cap, and the bar was pretty busy. Our service wasn't the worst but also wasn't the best. It was pretty loud, so maybe that is where the disconnects occurred. We ordered:1. Old fashioned pretty well prepared, no ? unless by request. It was a little on the sweeter side. However, this comment was from an avid old fashioned connoisseur. (4.3/5 ?)2. Chicken ? jalapeño fries ? beware of the red jalapeños they are ? . These were overall pretty good and had a lot of good flavors/spices. Would order again. (4.5/5 ?)3. Urban cowboy ? burger ? the coworking friend who ordered enjoyed and said they would order again. However, it was technically overcooked. (4.5/5 ?)4. Wings these were pretty standard as bar wings go. (3.5/5 ?)This was a nice place to have a night cap and order food. Would visit again."

It was okay, but was not impressed with the flavor and taste of the food. I wouldn?t come back for dinner. Nice atmosphere. Service was on the slow side.

Stay clear! Completely forgetable old fashioned and one of the toughest rib eye steaks I have eaten in decades. The french fries appetizer is different and service is efficient else would be a two star review.

Went for a Sunday breakfast in downtown PHX. A very interesting looking bar and eatery, from some unusual furniture and ceilings and leatherbound menus. The breakfast menu isn?t extensive, but the Eggs Benedict w/ Pork Belly was tasty. The potato squares were perfectly crisp. View menu

We stayed at the Renaissance Hotel and decided to stop for a drink which turned into several drinks. Being a retired firefighter, atmosphere was great, Rhonda (barmaid) was 10 !. Malbec wine was very good and met a great person, named Nick, from Napa Valley in California. Couldn't ask for a better end to the day. Thank you Dust Cutter, Rhonda, and Nick from California. Please pray for his son, Richard. Great guy.

Fun place to grab a croon an wait for the ride share prices to go down after a concert or whatever. They didn 't have food, but they had good cocktails. We had a couple of these vodka drinks called My darling Rhonda most ladylike cowboy in town fun. We also had a couple mezcal drinks called Burn the breeze ride at full speed ... fun drinks. We kept at if till they closed down at 1AM, the fun had to end sometime. ?

wow what a sad experience! the only good thing about this place is the gorgeous interior design. other than that don?t even bother coming here unless if you?re going to enjoy a drink by the bar! i ordered chicken salad (super basic dish right?! and the chicken came as if it was cooked yesterday, with zero flavor too. i asked the waiter for another piece and 30 minutes late it came just as bad lol. the focaccia was beautiful on the dish, but the bread was very soggy and it didn?t even come hot? anyway the service was slow too although the waiter was super nice. For a hotel restaurant and bar I was pleasantly surprised. Started with the my darling Rhonda for a beverage and it was fantastic. Sweeter than anticipated, but it went down very easily. As for food, we had the nachos with chicken and the green chili Caesar salad. I was very impressed by both. We saw the nachos coming out and decided on them last minute. The cheese sauce was very good and the jalapeños were nice and spicy!!! As for the Caesar salad, it had day old bread, garlic croutons which were fantastic. Softer than traditional croutons and well seasoned. For my taste, it needed more dressing, but the side of dressing came to me quickly. The strawberry confetti cake had actual strawberri...

"i’ve been coming to lacuna for over two years now and this little gem is definitely one of my favorite places to be. i’m not much of a review-writer, but when i feel passionately about places (good or bad , i get inspired.as someone who leads an alcohol-free lifestyle, it is SO nice having this option to unwind and create some art, relax, or hang out with friends. i’ve truly made so many wonderful connections through lacuna that i will cherish for a lifetime!it’s also a great place to get work done. i work remote, so i spend a good majority of my week here at my second office ; the BOGO happy hour deal comes in clutch.i think it’s really great that there is a mix of events now too, not just strictly DJ’s performing 6-7 nights a week. (although i do absolutely love the nights when there’s a DJ as well ! the variety of events is great; chess tournaments, community coloring, workshops, recovery groups, massages, yoga etc. there’s been a lot of engaging activities that i enjoy attending or participating in.i feel like lacuna has become a lot stronger in both the workspace and community-front in the last year or so too. the kavatenders all have such a warm and positive energy and always make me feel special when i come in. it’s nice seeing management interacting with customers and staff more too. it’s nice overhearing the positive feedback from management to staff (or staff to staff , and hearing the conversations that the staff members have with guests. there just seems to be a lot more connection overall. lacuna is growing and glowing for sure. <3the price increase is a bit of a bummer, but in a time with inflation… what can you really do? i personally TRUST lacuna with their product and that’s what keeps me coming back. i know they put both quality and care into their products and it really reflects. it can be a pretty penny if you’re getting multiple drinks, but fancy craft cocktails at a regular bar can be the same way. plus, my points add up so quickly i get pretty frequent discounts with their reward system. it’s not the end of the world!i appreciate the subtle changes in the bar layout and decor too. even the little things keep it feeling fresh and a little new each time you come in.the *only* “negative” thing i have to say about the space is that it can be difficult to order a drink or close out a tab sometimes. there’s rushes and it gets busy, but sometimes it feels as if one staff member just isn’t enough during these times. sometimes there’s not a lot of communication about this either between staff and people trying to close out, but i’ve been coming here for awhile now so i know what to expect. if you’re in a time crunch, just give yourself a little buffer or cushion of time to get closed out (or order to go right off the bat and close out immediately .all things considered, though, 5 stars all the way around! lacuna is an ever-evolving, ever-growing spot and i’m excited to see what the future looks like for you guys! : bulaaaa!!!!"
