Love this Crew of people! They have such great energy and the drinks are addicting. Like crack. Only legal!

Usually a long line, but it goes surprisingly fast, they have people who go through the line and take orders from the waiting cars. The staff is always super nice. This is a great location!

We only indulge in Dutch Bros when I take my dog for her monthly nail trim, and she definitely makes it known that she wants a pup cup! My mocha is fantastic as well. The staff is friendly and quick too. View menu

The service here is always friendly and incredibly quick. My favorite drinks are the green apple smoothie and the blended white mocha—they're perfect for both sunny days and rainy ones. They’re made just right every single time!

I visited this restaurant with my daughter, who is a regular here, but I'm more accustomed to Starbucks, which has a different vibe. I was grateful for my daughter's company. The wait was a bit long since the staff seemed distracted by some friends who had driven up, but the coffee was excellent and definitely worth the wait!

This is the best coffee in Portland! It's owned and operated by locals, and they offer both drive-thru and walk-up service. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, though there can be long lines at times. I am so thankful for Abby...I came thru drive thru with a complicated order and originally it was made wrong. I drove back and went to the walk up and Abby knew exactly what i ordered and that they drink I had been given was messed up. She made it right away and thanked me for coming back... even asked my name. Its workers like Abby that make me keep coming back. ABBY YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

I didn't receive chocolate on my wife's drink. When I pointed it out, they asked to see it, even though I was already holding it right in front of them. Perhaps they should consider getting their eyes checked and adjusting their attitude when customers point out an obvious issue. The coffee beans are still the best in town, but it's disappointing that such a simple order for four people could get messed up, especially when there was no line. It's at 172nd and Division, Dutch, isn't it?

I generally love visiting DB coffee stands, as I grew up with them in Grants Pass, but this particular location seems to have some staffing issues. During my last visit, my drink was made incorrectly, and the staff member at the window was quite abrupt when I asked for my additional sticker after buying two drinks. My husband and I enjoy collecting these stickers, even gathering them from various locations across the country while we lived away. It was disappointing to encounter such a cold attitude when I politely requested part of my purchase, especially since the person in front of me, who only ordered one drink, was handed multiple stickers without any hesitation.
