"Today's service was disappointing! I asked the girl taking orders if I could have a 911 drink with espresso shots and chai tea. When she inquired if I still wanted Irish cream, I said no. I then had her scan my app to make the payment, but she didn't mention the price, and I didn’t think to ask since it’s usually not that expensive. I originally loaded my card with $15, but now I see a charge of $5.42. I was surprised by the high price, so I mentioned it to another girl at the window. She apologized and explained that the girl had actually made it a chai plus instead."

The coffee here is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly every time I visit. I would come more often, but it is a bit on the expensive side. That's my only complaint, though, and I definitely prefer this place to Starbucks. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves coffee! View menu

If you have 40 minutes to spare in the drive-thru, you'll be rewarded with excellent coffee and a wonderfully friendly interaction at the window. I do feel for the employee taking orders outside in the cold, as it doesn't seem to help speed up the line at all. They were actually preparing our drinks right at the window.

It's been awhile since I've been to this location, I just think it's odd with the cold brew and the empasis of not filling the cups you're using when I ask for easy ice. The other franchises have never given me troubles. I understand portion controls, and you're using a canned pour it in, at that point just use a smaller cup. Flavors are fine, everything else is great.
