"While the waiter was friendly, he seemed overwhelmed despite the restaurant being only half full. There were no drink refills or check-ins during our meal. Meanwhile, the staff were gathered around, talking among themselves, playing trivia, and gossiping about a girl who had messed up the national anthem, loud enough for customers to overhear. Now that we’ve finished eating, we're still waiting for our bill, and it’s been over 20 minutes. As I sit here writing this, I can hear the table next to us complaining about having the same frustrating experience."

It's a classic no-frills bar with several TVs and lots of space. The food is quite good. Their mushroom Swiss burger is amazing. Always have had great service here.

They ALWAYS have great service, great food and the drinks are always ice cold. Best cheese curds in La Crosse. I love the burgers, the wings and the fish fry’s. Definitely a spot to check out if you’re near UWL campus!

Consistently amazing meals, whether you choose to dine in or take out. The gyros are always flavorful, and the wings are just as tasty. The onion rings and fries are spot on too. The chicken strips were a hit with the kids. Highly recommend!
