"Be very careful when placing an online order for pickup from this place. I placed an order through their website and received a text letting me know that my order had been accepted. When I drove to the restaurant the bartender told me she had not accepted my order and wouldn't be able to help me. She couldn't even give me a refund because their system wouldn't let her. I now need to call tomorrow and speak to a manager and hope that they're able to resolve the situation. 1 star because:1. They shouldn't have let me order through*their website* (not GrubHub/Doordash) if they were not accepting orders.2. They should not have sent me a confirmation message letting me know that my order had been accepted (see screenshot)3. They could have called to let me know that they wouldn't be able to make my order so I wouldn't wait 30 mins and then drive all the way to the restaurant only to find out that they didn't prepare the food in the first place.4. They should have given me a refund on the spot."

The food was mid tier, the drinks were pretty good, and the service was alright. The interior was cozy and warm, so overall not bad but honestly not worth the price. The tors I ordered had a weird burnt taste.

This is the best tap room on the east side! They offer a vast selection of craft beers from all over the Pacific Northwest. In addition to their fantastic beer, they also have incredible BBQ-style food options. We tried the Cajun salmon and pulled pork sandwich, and both dishes were amazing!

They use online menus, but no cell service in the restaurant with Verizon so we had difficulty ordering. I ordered a flight of beer which came back with great beers associated with numbers. Given that I couldn't see a menu because of the lack of cell service (and no wifi, I asked) I had no idea what I was drinking. Food was good though, and drinks and atmosphere were pleasant. 4% credit card fee at the end of the meal was disappointing and a surprise. View menu

We had a fun night out at this restaurant. The atmosphere was friendly, making it a great spot for drinks. We visited on a Saturday evening, and the bartender was very welcoming and attentive. While the drink prices were affordable, I wasn't particularly impressed with the food. The menu primarily featured BBQ, which was different from what I'm used to in Florida. However, it’s a fantastic place to enjoy drinks, especially with plenty of TVs to catch the games.

I'm not sure who or why they get good reviews in this place. I'd never think about going back on this visit. We ordered Jalapeños Poppers for beginners and sad. They split two jalapeños in length - put some cheese in them - put a 1/2 piece of bacon on them and hit them in a broiler. Total? 2 Jalapeños, 2 strips of bacon and a tablespoon of cheese- $10? Are you kidding? That was a $2 appetizer!! So-we ordered sandwiches-like thing- a few ounces of brisket and raid on a weak bun? No, sir, that doesn't work. A total of two sandwiches, 2 beers for each of us and Jalapeños. Never again!!

I've been coming to this place since shutdown. The brisket is top notch, brisket sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I've had on the Eastside and the coleslaw converted me from a coleslaw avoidant eater. Would highly recommend until today. I just ordered a BLT which in my opinion is a tomato sandwich seasoned with bacon. It's also my opinion that a sandwich should deliver all elements in the sandwich in every bite--with a BLT this is super important as the tomato relieves the saltiness of the bacon. What I just got, well look at the picture, is a BLt... Tots have also historically been soggy . Asked for them crispy once and they were both near burned and still soggy somehow. I've learned... I would give Eastside Beerworks a solid 5 stars for their beer selection and excellent staff. However, the BBQ experience was only about 2 stars. I ordered the Double Meat dinner and had mixed feelings. The meat portion was a bit lacking, while the sides were just about right. The baked beans were tender and made a great addition, even though they weren't sweet. Unfortunately, the pulled pork was a bit too salty, and the brisket was all shredded instead of being served in nice slices, as I had expected for $22 (you can see what other customers had). Some pieces of the brisket were dry and inedible as well. My wife's dish didn't resemble what we saw in other customer photos, which was quite d...

Eastside Beerworks is a great place to have a few drinks, a few bites, and watch the game! Very inviting atmosphere, nice staff, and easy view of multiple tv screens. They have a large selection of beers, ales, and ciders. I got the dragon fruit cider (ruby color), a baked apple cider cider, and lithium lemoncello cider. I highly recommend these ciders! The dragon fruit cider didn 't smell nor taste like dragon fruit but it looked nice and still tasted great! The baked apple cider has a light smell of a baked apple pie and it tastes a bit like it too! Though it all tastes and smell like a cider should be. Likewise, the Lithium Lemoncello had a few hints of lemoncello, both in smell and taste....

"We 've ordered from this Garlic Crush location for some two years and always enjoyed the food. However, their quality in service and portions has steadily declined. Today 's experience will be our final one. I just picked up an order that included the kid 's kefta plate which according to their website comes: with hummus. Includes a small drink, pita bread, and your choice of rice, fries, or salad. We have ordered this item before and were satisfied customers. This is why we ordered it again, and the attached photo is why we are upset. No rice and dry meat. Mistakes happen, so I called to notify staff and see if I can swing back by to pick up rice. The staff member that answered was rude and dismissive. He said that an order of extra pita (why by the way, is a separate line item on our receipt) somehow...exempted us from getting the rice we paid for? I expressed confusion, even reading off the menu description, but he double downed that the extra pita requested would exempt the rice paid for (so two purchases would give one item). Then he told me to just order (and pay again) another side of rice or reorder the kefta plate. In other words, there was no solution. Mistakes happen, things get busy, whatever. But the restaurant was not busy this afternoon and the response I got was not okay. This location has become increasingly problematic with missing items and no basic foundation of customer service. Good luck if you get what you pay for."
