Everything at La Cantera is wonderful, but if you spend the day browsing the shops, you have to stop at this Bistro. The menu is wonderful, the atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly and helpful if you have questions about the menu.

I have been to many Nordstrom Bistros around the country and they are all excellent. Whether I am on business travel or pleasure. I can count on the Bistro for a great meal. All the dishes are excellent. I am addicted to their fries and the yummy kalamata olive sauce.

We three friends on a shopping Saturday had lunch at Bistro. Their ordering system was confusing to us: order at entry desk, then seat yourself, food delivered by waiters. This place is a hidden Gem upstairs in the Nordstroms at LaCantera mall- the food is absolutely first class- We are talking Flavorful well cooked and presented food. Everything on the menu is expertly thought out and precisely created right in front of you (if you sit at the bar area). This is one of the top restaurants in San Antonio- check it out it will not disappoint!!

Simple little cafe with coffees, teas, lemonades, and pastries/sandwiches. The outdoor seating is actually pretty comfy but they do have a small indoor area as well. First let me say that we have been eating at Bistro in Nordstrom's since they opened ten years ago. They have always pleased us with great service and food. But today they didn't get much right initially. The orders were incomplete (items missing or wrong) and a very inattentive server. Some of the food was very poorly prepared and served cold.
