"Do you like variety? Then this is the place for you.First off, I love this place.Second, I love this place.Little bar on the left upon entry. Decent selection of what you would expect in a Japanese ramen and yakitori joint. Regular booze. Good saki selection. Get the Kikusui Perfect Snow Nigori Genshu Doburoku 300ml if they have it. It’s snowy fireThe apps and yakitori are awesome. Lots to choose from. Normal stuff for beginners. Like pork belly or crispy chicken buns. Weird stuff for the adventurous like octopus balls and sliced tongue .. or was it heart … I obviously need to go back soon and figure that out.The house ramen selection is great. But there is also the build a bowl option. Pick from like 6 types of noodles, several broths, tons of meats, veggies, fish cake, eggs …. Such variety to make ya head spin!!!Then there’s bento boxes, yakisoba, rice dishes, FRIED ICECREAM!!!!Just do yourself a favor and go."

Small place with literally the best Ramen I've ever had. Options are wide and you can build your own Ramen. Sushi taste fresh and clean. One of my favorite spots.

Great spot with good ramen and sushi options, Japanese beers and sodas. Sushi is fresh and there are many non fish options. Give it a shot, good parking and a lovely wait staff. View menu

Taste ok. Good Service. But the entree portion is a little small. I ordered the surf and turf. 3 pieces small shrimps and 4 pieces of a little piece of steaks. that cost $22 is not

Love this place. Best Ramen in state, easily. I will be back repeatedly and I am a new loyal customer. My Spicy Pork bowl was the easily the best bowl I've ever had. My wife's Tuna bowl was excellent too. And there Japanese beer and sake menu is the most extensive Ive ever seen. This place is authentic and wonderful. Love Ebisu! See you soon. View menu

I had high hopes when I came here. As a big fan of ramen who has lived in Japan for several years and tasted many excellent varieties in the U.S., I was very disappointed with the ramen served here. The miso ramen felt more like chilled ramen noodles thrown into miso soup rather than a true miso ramen, and the Nagasaki champon didn’t even resemble the authentic dish it’s supposed to be (though this unusual take was still better than the miso ramen). I did appreciate the service, and the atmosphere was pleasant, but unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant.

This is a typical neighborhood spot for ramen. It’s not exceptional, but it gets the job done. The noodles are usually served slightly cool, which makes them easy to eat, but the flavor balance is a bit off, and the texture and taste of the chashu pork are quite bland. The broth is generous in quantity, but it’s not flavorful enough to make me want to drink it. Additionally, the air conditioning was set quite low—some might find it refreshing, but I found it uncomfortably cold, especially compared to the weather outside. Overall, this place just reminds me of how much I miss Ken's Ramen.
