It's a total rip-off. For dinner, the meal cost over $100 per person. The food was mediocre, scoring a 3 out of 10, while the service was lacking, earning just a 1. The atmosphere was also disappointing, rated a 1.

Ordered a steak 20min later they come out and tell me they don't have it after I paid to take it home then ask if I wanted a refund and something else I got hard tocos got home they were dripping wet falling apart and cold it's 5 minutes to my house we do have another mexican restaurant I suggest going there now horrible service. The food here is good, but it is a little weird it’s almost like the staff doesn’t want you there some days, but other days they are very happy to see you. Other than that it’s never really busy so you get your food quickly, I recommend getting takeout if you are just wanting food. Dingy looking place, but I thought nothing of that because some places that look unassuming actually have good food. Not this place. The waitress hostess was more concerned about playing on her cell phone than doing her job, and actually seemed annoyed that we wanted her attention. The food was bland and barely warmer than room temperature. Everything was overpriced, considering how awful the food and service is. I've been told that people have gotten food poisoning from going here. I don't understand the positive reviews. Either I got unlucky and picked a bad night, or the people in Elwood are a little too easy to please. I do not recommend this place.

Our waitress was rude. She brought our food out separately serving other tables in between bringing our meal. His beans n rice are much better than mine. Mine are a bean porridge. There's no flavor in our food. I ordered the fajitas Hawaiian. The ONLY meat that had flavor was the 2 slices of bacon on the top. I said i wanted Hawaiian fajitas. The 20 year old had to correct me it's fajitas Hawaiian. I had to ask for the beans and rice 4xs. Love the rips in her pants serving dinner. The other waitresses were dressed much nicer for work.
