"the customer service was terrible. we waited almost 10 minutes to get water. when we finished our meal, our server was not where it could be found. we waited almost 20 minutes before we ask another server if we could get a togo box and our jack. she even didn't know where our server was. we sat on the back with another table. when we left the server that helped us to apologize and said that our server was held at the table with a big party. unacceptable in my eyes, especially when there were 3 server standing around. of course we will not be back."

Food was pretty good and drinks were tasty. Typical Tex-Mex but pretty expensive for what you get. Nice decor

Food and drinks not were a miss. Guacamole was bland, tasted zero alcohol in the most sour margarita, beer was warm and food not enjoyable whatsoever. Tasted like hospital or airport food to us. Price was $200 for 4 people View menu

Subpar food and drinks. Used to go there at least once a month. Used to be good. It’s gone downhill really fast. Won’t be back again. Poor service. Waitress was forgetful of order. Waited too long for everything. And food was way too salty. What happened? Change is management????????

We dined on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2022 to celebrate a friends birthday. The hostess wasn’t the friendliest, I could tell they were overwhelmed when we approached them to check in. They weren’t smiling or the most welcoming. Good thing they weren’t part of the wait staff so you only have to speak with them briefly. Our server made up for it and was excellent! We’ll be coming back hopefully get the same server. Love that they have vegan options as well.

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
