El Fenix - Menu

The service was good, and food was hot. Parts of our food were very good quality, like the shredded chicken, but overall I was disappointed in the quality. I feel it was not on par with the price.

Ordered the Enchilada plate(1 chicken, 1 beef) without sour cream. The chicken one had sour cream. I could not eat it due to being allergic to the sour cream. Should have checked order before I left. Wasn't discovered until 10pm.

The manager, Marcus was AMAZING! Best customer service we have ever experienced. He was fast, so kind, and very helpful, polite…and even funny and encouraging! El Fenix, you found a gem of a leader in that gentleman. We drove in from Houston, and it was totally worth it!! 5 View menu

The dining experience was average. The waitress provided excellent service. Avoid ordering the spicy margarita as it seemed to only be a cocktail mix without any tequila. When sent back, the manager refused to make it right and removed it from the table. Unfortunately, we will not be returning due to the manager's poor handling of the situation.

Wow. Best service experience we’ve ever had. We were driving from Houston and called ahead to make sure they still had enough of the menu items we wanted and they had time to serve us. The Manager, Marcus, took our order over the phone and told us he would have it ready when we arrived. He did. We were blown away. The food was amazing and so worth the trip. My favorite El Fenix location now. We’ll be back for sure.

This restaurant has the best chips and salsa without a doubt. The menu offers a great variety of food choices. The dishes always come out hot, fresh, and quickly. The margaritas are delicious and very refreshing. The draft beer is always cold. The restaurant has plenty of seating options, so you never feel crowded. They also have private party rooms available. the food and service was excellent. Perhaps the hostess had to be somewhere different because, like we arrived 45 minutes to close, they seemed to hold us back. that would be more understandable if it were 15 minutes or less to close. but I have worked in their industry and understand it. some days are longer than others. our waiter was excellent. I wanted to remember his name. but it was my birthday. I'm getting older and they say the memory is the first to go. or was it that was the first to go?

My wife and I had dinner at this restaurant tonight. We noticed the signs of aging in the setting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartender ended up being our server. The plate was very hot, but the food was not enjoyable. The rice was dry and tasted old, the beans were dry and not appetizing. My cheese enchilada tasted like it had been made earlier and reheated. It seems like they are understaffed, which is affecting the quality of the food. When our meals came out only 5 minutes after ordering, it seemed like they were pre-made. We are unsure if we will dine there again. View menu
