"I was ordering from the parking lot and placed my order, but my card was charged for delivery right away. I went inside to ask if they could cancel the delivery, but the manager refused. Instead of waiting 30 minutes for my order, I decided to go home. However, my order never arrived, and when I called the delivery service, nobody answered and there were no drivers available. I ended up driving 5 miles to pick up my food, only to find it was cold and mushy. When I confronted the manager about it, he just laughed. I will never return to this place!"
