"number one I have to ask the waiter who could control a table of 17 people and not ask for an order, the second is that eating was very careful at a time, remember that the place was full and our table was very long. for my appetizer I ordered the tostada of the carnitas an open face crispy mais tortilla, with beans lubricated, covered with bark, salat, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream. the part is so great that they can make it their entry, and the taste is very good (a word that is mexican for very good use.) for my main course I order the mix fajitas with a mix paprika, wobble, and carnitas with acidic sawn, tomato, salat and flour tortillas. this can be a common disc that is part is very good and all foods were fresh and tasty."

Our takeout order was a disappointment. Filling out the feedback card in the email (which we ordered online) was pointless since we received no response. The pork for the nachos that we ordered was missing, making us feel like we wasted our money. Additionally, we requested no cheese on one meal but ended up receiving extra cheese instead. Overall, both meals were unsatisfactory for both parties.

Ambler native here, El Limon has been nothing less than a blessing. I've been eating here SINCE they opened. The food is an amazing price especially since you get a more than filling portion. So hope you like leftovers!! The staff are so wonderful and efficient. Whoever is cooking must be passionate because you can taste the love in the food. My go to are the tortas or shrimp tacos. if they check out reviews for el limon, they have already heard some hype. the food is excellent and very favorable, especially for the quality and quantity they receive. a highlight for me is her chorizo burrito and/or burrito bowl. we had a few different dishes to go, and we still have to be disappointed. pro tipp if they are looking to have a really good time swing of el limon for something and then they go over the road to forest main and enjoy it in their tape room with a beer. they will not regret it!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Despite the crowds, the food was not good. I ordered a Veggie burrito and shrimp tacos to go. The burrito only had peppers and onions, no zucchini or mushrooms, and was bland with no spices. The beans were mushy and the salsa was like tomato sauce, not fresh-cut with veggies. The shrimp tacos were also bland with rubbery shrimp and weak, wet tortillas. The Mexican tres leches had chocolate sauce but no homemade whipped cream. I don't understand why this place is so busy, as the food lacks flavor and love. I would recommend Chipotle or District Taco over this place for better Mexican food.
