"El Mayas is the best Mexican restaurant in the Albany/Leesburg area. Great service, Delicious food and bangin' Margaritas Our family consists of 10 immediate family members and they always accommodate us. We love our usual server Brooke, but the others are friendly too. Our food always comes out in a timely manner, and if its not right or something is missing they fix it right away. The manager, Juan, is the best restaurant general manager I have ever seen. He is very efficient and friendly. My favorite meal is the Burrito El Maya . It is huge, comes with a cheese dip, and you can get it with whatever meat you want. Although today I tried a baked chimmichanga (pretty sure I spelled that wrong) with baked shredded chicken and my tongue slapped my brains "

Since my last visit, the updated decor was much needed and now feels more charming and cozy with the new seating arrangements. The "fast with rice" option is always a fantastic choice for a quick lunch. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding.

This is an excellent restaurant. Our waiter, Zorro, is exceptionally professional and attentive. Be sure to ask for him if you're dining Monday through Friday. The food is delicious and not overly spicy, with a large menu offering plenty of options. The dining room is lovely, featuring both booths and tables. I give it 5 stars! View menu

I ordered two shrimp dishes and a steak, and they were delicious! The chips and salsa, as well as the queso, were also fantastic. The only complaint from my group was that our server seemed a bit overwhelmed and frequently forgot to bring us a few items after we had asked for them multiple times. However, she was really trying her best! Overall, we had a wonderful visit and will definitely be returning.
