"I will temper my review by confessing two biases. I am totally biased in favor of local, family owned business. Secondly, I am biased in favor of nice people who are working really hard. I am going to give this another shot one day, because I think it was an off night. It was 109 outside and they were slammed on a Tuesday night. They had one waitress who had only worked two days. They called in another waitress who was also new. After she brought our drinks she confessed she had no idea what she was doing behind the bar. The drinks were actually fine. Everything took a long time. Some things like water and tortillas never made it to the table. The carne asada burrito my wife had was very good. My chile relleno was listed as a house special that came with beef or chicken, which I thought was odd and maybe interesting. I ordered it and told that it didn't come with either. Why was it listed? The decor is basic. But!!!!! The people are super sweet. The two servers kept apologizing and they were working so hard. I talked to the one of the owners afterward and she was super nice and told me that the girls were new. So... nice goes a long way. I wish them well and we will try it again."
