Granted it was lunch time and busy but I ordered ahead they the app, got notified order ready, arrived and my order hadn't even come up on their screen to make yet. Paid 3xtra for guacamole in my burrito, no guacamole. Doubt I'll be coming here again.

The meal was satisfying, but unfortunately the large guacamole with chips I ordered was frozen. I attempted to eat it the next day after it thawed, but it had a moldy taste so I had to discard it. It was disappointing to have paid almost $6 for something that ended up in the garbage.

If you ever order an online order for pickup or doordash, make sure to have the person who picks up the order double checks whats inside! The worse place to eat. Got a breast and wing meal and chicken salad. Chicken was dry and hard that I was surprised they would serve it, rice old and dry. The salad was awful, lettuce wet, chicken pieces dry and old it's a disgrace they would pack this to go! Stay far away for this location. No wonder no one was there !!!

My wife and I really enjoyed how fresh the food was. There is a difference when it's made right in front of you on a fire grill. There is keto options like a chicken salad and a burrito. I had the taco salad which was surprisingly large, highly suggest it!Don't take my word for it, try it yourself. I will definitely be back!

Great food with excellent customer service ???????????????? I love this restaurant and highly recommend it to everyone I know. The food is delicious and taste more HOME cooked than fast food. The chicken is seasoned PERFECTLY and NOT bland. Try the PolloBowl it's delicious and you won't regret the amount of food you get for such a low reasonable price. ????

Went to the drive through and received absolutely no acknowledgement. Pulled around and confirmed they were open. I just left. Obviously they weren't interested in serving a customer. I have had issues before. One associate argued with me about an onlineorder. She said it didn't go through and when I pointed to it on the counter she told me to calm down. Used to really like thisplacebut no more.

However, on New Year's Day, my wife and I ordered two burritos, a small side of mashed potatoes, and a side of mac and cheese for a total of $20. We were disappointed with the quantity and quality of the food for the price. When we tried to return the food for a refund, we were told by Adela that since it was an online order, they could not process it and someone would call us back.
