"It is hard for me to say what is authentic Salvadorean cuisine; however, El Pulgarcito offers many choices not found in other restaurants. If you want fast service, arrive early in the morning. This place tends to fill up all of a sudden, and especially when there are futbol matches that are important or classics. Atol chuco, AKA Atol negrito, is my favorite drink. There is a $1 charge when you pay with a credit card and there is no way to tip waitresses except with cash."

Poor customer service employees are lazy and slow our food order was incorrect and when we received the food it was cold the employee didn?t even get out drinks correct.

The restaurant is extremely noisy, making it unsuitable for families with children. The soup was served cold, and the chicken was dry and overcooked. The waitress was friendly, but the food definitely did not meet expectations. View menu

Bad service. I literally called the business line for them to bring me a cup of water…. The food was okay. Would I come back? No.This is a place to go to if you have low standards on customer service and don’t mind super loud kids playing and screaming and running around as if it were a playground

I was hoping for a nice breakfast, but this place feels more like a bar than a family restaurant. I had to get up to refill my coffee, as two waitresses walked by without acknowledging me. Is this really how I want to spend my Sunday morning? The staff seemed indifferent and inattentive, and I had to ask for the check since they didn’t bring it on their own. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.
