"I wanted to share my experience regarding a recent visit to this restaurant. They automatically add a 20% gratuity for parties of six or more and don’t inform you of this charge beforehand. We left a cash tip on the table, so they received both the cash tip and the added gratuity. Additionally, the prices are quite steep, with a chicken strip plate costing $15. For that price, I would prefer to drive to Amarillo for more options. While I appreciate the hard work of the staff, this practice feels dishonest, and because of it, we won’t be returning."
