"Wow, I can't believe this place is still open. The food was completely flavorless. I ordered tilapia with rice, beans, and sweet plantains, but instead received fries instead of the plantains. When I pointed this out, the guy behind the counter insisted that I never asked for plantains. I wish that had been the worst part of my visit, but unfortunately, it was the food itself—it was possibly the worst lunch I've had in quite some time. Nothing had any taste at all! I tried to salvage it with a ton of salt and asked for extra lime to squeeze over the meal, which helped a tiny bit. Save your money and DO NOT come here! After I ate, I looked at some reviews and it seems like many of them were written by family members posting only positive remarks. Don't trust those reviews; this place is really disappointing!"

This is a fantastic spot for Ecuadorian and South American cuisine. The dishes are made with a homestyle touch, and the portion sizes are generous for the price.

The place was clean and the portions were generous. The Chaulafan was really good with the hot sauce which I believe is based on tomate de arbol the traditional ecuadorian aji . The lady is from Cuenca and does well with Sierra food. The ceviche was good but a bit too much ketchup for my taste which made it kind of sweet. There 's an ecuadorian food truck (owners are from Guayaquil) that do a better job on the ceviche. Still, not a bad ceviche!

This place is amazing! It's a small place and there's a menu for each day. I literally don't ever write reviews but I had to for this place. I've been coming here for the last few weeks (since I work around the corner) and have been exploring the menu. So far I haven't been disappointed. I am so picky with Ecuadorian food (being that I'm Ecuadorian) but this place hits the nail on the head. It's on the 4th floor, but it's worth the walk up. Will continue to go here and probably gain so much weight!! View menu

The ceviche was truly amazing. The portion size was excellent, served in a medium bowl with a side of fluffy white rice, a lime wedge, and some corn kernels for added flavor. It was quite different from the Peruvian ceviche I had tried previously. You could really taste the freshness of the ingredients, such as the cilantro and lime zest. It genuinely reminded me of my grandmother's delicious home-cooked meals. The restaurant itself has a wide variety of food options available each day. If the ceviche is this fresh and flavorful, I am definitely looking forward to trying their other dishes as well! I highly recommend this place!

I had the worst customer service experience ever. I placed my order through GrubHub at 11:13 AM and received an email confirmation for my order. I called the restaurant three times — at 1 PM, 1:20 PM, and 1:30 PM. Each time, the woman on the phone told me that my order had left, despite me providing my address again. When I called again at 2 PM to say I still hadn't received my order, the woman informed me that they were having issues with GrubHub and never actually received my order. After calling multiple times, they now claim to not have my order, even though I received a confirmation email with a delivery time, and the previous representative said it had already left. How is that even po...
