"What an amazing place! It was recommended to go and try the tacos here and boy oh boy, what a great recommendation. As I pulled into the parking lot, I could smell the savory flavors of the chicken, meat, tacos, all the onions and cilantro. As I walked into El Rodeo, I was greeted by the staff, they were enthusiastic, helpful, very hard-working, and even took some pics with me. The server took us to our table, provided the menus, and brought back the beverages that we ordered within minutes. The server was super helpful in explaining what was in the dishes and also made some great recommendations. This place was a great open concept, with plenty a room, fresh air in an area for bands, and even dancing. As you can see from the pictures, we ordered some Carne Asada fries, tacos adobada, sopes , chicken and carne flautas, rolled tacos with all the toppings. These tacos are consistently delicious. Surprisingly, it's difficult to find simple tacos across the valley and in Texas of such consistent quality and price. The business has improved much of its infrastructure over the years.

The tacos and papas are incredible, and you definitely have to try the lonches at this place! And don't forget about the Mexican Coca-Cola. There's a lovely outdoor patio with tables where you can enjoy your meal outside. Highly recommended!

I was really disappointed... because I don't think I'll ever find anything as good as this again. You and us together created something amazing. Expanded Taco Truck Review: The tacos here are delicious, but the ordering process is a bit rigid. They only allow you to order five tacos of the same type, which is a missed opportunity. It would be great if they offered a taco deal that allowed for a mix-and-match option. Additionally, while there are TVs set up all around the awning, no one seemed to know how to operate them. Overall, a few adjustments could really enhance the experience!

Super disappointed by our experience. Good, but a huge miss for me. The order and pickup was smooth, the food runner was great, but a negative and it is a big one. I found a long dark hair in my food. I was lucky to find the long dark hair in my food before I bite into my tortta. Besides the long dark hair, everything was fine. But I probably won? I recommend you to check your order before you call your next visit. I feel bad to write this review, but we paid good money for what has essentially turned out to be garbage.
