"I recently visited this restaurant with some friends and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. They offer a fantastic variety of options, and I ended up choosing several different tacos. The Oaxaca cheese and Lengua tacos were definitely my favorites. The food arrived surprisingly quickly, especially given the size of our group, and everything was fresh and delicious. It’s a quirky little spot to relax, and it’s definitely a place I want to try again the next time I’m in Bend."

This place has the BEST lengua and the freshest food around town. It's impossible to find a bad dish the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. They have super refreshing limeade and passion fruit limeade

The tacos here are fantastic! The carnitas and barbacoa were especially delicious, and the pig bell special was a standout. I also highly recommend the Ananas Serano Margarita. This place is definitely worth a visit!

We used El Sancho to our wedding in October 2021. They were absolutely fantastic!! Food was DELICIOUS, they set up and cleaned in a timely matter. And as a bonus they were so personal and funny, I still have guests of my wedding telling me how cool the guys of El Sancho were. Recommend them for catering or food in each of their facilities! El Sancho is one of the “must go” places for our extra-city guests. If I'm honest, it's also on our weekly din out list. We have tried many articles on the menu (a delicious one each), but our clamps are the veggie Oaxaca Tacos and the chickens Tortilla soup. IMO, the Margaritas should probably have a 2 per person limit! Great staff, chill ambience and good selection of beer.
