"Overall, the experience was quite enjoyable! I tried the Pollo a la Brasa, Salchipapas (hot dog and fries), Arroz Chaufa de Pollo, and Aguadito de Pollo (soup). The Pollo a la Brasa was absolutely delicious; as of now, it ranks as the fourth-best I've had among nearly 50 chicken restaurants in the eastern U.S. They reportedly use the same machines for their rotisserie chicken, which definitely contributes to its exceptional quality. The Salchipapas were the best I've ever tasted—juicy, slightly salty, generous in size, and a great value for the money. However, the Arroz Chaufa de Pollo (chicken fried rice) was just average and didn't quite compare to my mother’s Peruvian cooking. The Aguadito was quite bland and the least impressive of the dishes we tried. Overall, it's a decent Peruvian restaurant, and I recommend it mainly for the Pollo a la Brasa. If you're looking for more authentic and flavorful Peruvian dishes, you might want to explore other restaurants, particularly in Miami."
