"I had the noodle broth bowl w/shrimp and salmon on the side. The dish tasted good but the plating made it difficult to eat and not as enjoyable. Like typical noodle broth bowls, they are served in deeper bowls as opposed to a very wide, shallow bowl as this was served, which made the dish and noodles difficult to eat (chopsticks work better than a fork) and the broth got cold. I also tried to sign up for the rewards program, and the Mgr seemed distracted and detained. It took her a long time to connect me with a hostess to help me, and then their dysfunctional wifi was unable to sign me up... A long wait time for an unsuccessful sign up."

Chicken marsala was delicious. The salmon tempura rolls could have been better.

I've never been to Singapore, but I've traveled through most of Asia, and this food is solid.

The symbol of Singapore has been transformed into the mascot and name of this Southeast Asian restaurant in Cupertino.

Wow, this place is huge, and there are monstrous statues of white merlions out front and right after you enter the restaurant. View menu

Dined here to celebrate a family member's birthday. We were surprised to find that the menu had changed. We all enjoyed our entrees. Service was ok.

We enjoyed the salads, which were quite tasty, though on the pricey side. The space is large and open to the kitchen and bar, resulting in a noisy atmosphere. However, the service was outstanding.

I had the blackened Cajun chicken which was way too salty and the chicken was very thin and tiny cutlets. They recooked the chicken with less blackening spice and it was less flavorful, still salty, and still small and thin cutlets. The Cajun flavored rice with sausage had maybe two tiny pieces of sausage. The small side of sautéed spinach was the best part of the dish. The server credited my entree which we appreciated. Elephant Bar has really declined. It's always crowded, but the food is mediocre at best. It used to be my son's favorite spot, but now even he, at 9 years old, isn't impressed. The temperature inside is always freezing; I've had to request a new table the last two visits because of it. They consistently seat us in the back near the bathroom, which seems to be their preferred spot for families with kids. Given our experiences, I probably won't be going back.

We ordered two shrimp soups, pot roast, and salmon tempura rolls. Even though the place was nearly empty at 9:30, it took them 15 minutes to take our order. They then came back to let us know they had run out of mashed potatoes and asked what we would like to substitute. Ten minutes later, they informed us that they were also out of salmon. The shrimp soups were decent, but it was surprising that even though we ordered the same dish, they tasted completely different. I ended up with a greasy side of pasta that they referred to as Mac and cheese. What a letdown.

"To say I am disappointed will be an understatement. After waiting for 1 hr 25 minutes for a patio seat, I finally got in. I was with a party of four people, which the restaurant people knew from the very beginning but still they made us sit in a small table which could barely accommodate plates glasses along with the grill. That’s a big negative for me from the get-go. The server, he was in such a rush that we could barely understand what he was saying. Now the food, which we got after a long wait. It was utterly disappointing. There were no flavors in the meat. They were bland and super boring. Even the miso soup was yuck. It’s a tapas style restaurant, so you are looking at really really small portions of meat. We tried the set menu for two people, which was not enough at all. We had to order extra portions of meat. Basic things were missing in this restaurant. I don’t know why people gave such high reviews about this place. Food was served, but there was no chopsticks/spoon or anything. When I asked a server, how do I drink the miso soup he says in Japan people drink it from the bowl. HELLO we are not in Japan so that was a very stupid answer which I got. Asked for four spoons got only one. Multiple reminders had to be given to the server for plates and tissues, etc.. The ambience to be honest sucks in this restaurant. Inside was so noisy and claustrophobic with people speaking on the top of their voice it will give a headache to anybody. Outside was dirty. The heaters were not enough and the service was pathetic. Dave your money go somewhere else. Skip this place!! Parking: Parking is terrible, specially in weekend. Good luck finding space to park"
