"I am a certified chicken wing snob. I have had them far and wide, from coast to coast. Always looking for the next best wing . Tonight I ordered a 12 piece buffalo wings from Elm Pizza and I was skeptical to say the least. Usually pizza places are lacking when it comes to their wings. They 're usually too dry, too crispy, or way too saucy. These wings, were amazing. Perfectly crispy yet tender and juicy. Just the right amount of sauce. I didn 't need to drown them in blue cheese dressing in order to eat them. And I actually ate all 12 in about 6 minutes! By far the best wings I 've had in town so far. No exaggeration. These wings were better than Wings Over by a mile. If you love chicken wings, you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you, Elm Pizza for giving your chicken wings the attention they deserve. Delicious!"

This is not an Italian or Greek pizza joint. Crust on pizza is awful. Chicken parm grinder was tough and tastless.

Horrible cold, not cooked. Early. I requested a pizza for 6:15. It showed up at 5 cold. raw. Reheating in oven now. I used to love their pizza. Big disappointment

Pizza? More like rubber with tomatoes and rotten milk. Very bad dough very chewy and rubbery like texture and it was fresh out the oven imagine it was delivery i would probably need new teeth by now. I wouldn't recommend ordering pizza from here but boneless wings were good. View menu

Ordered a BBQ crispy chicken pizza for delivery. Took about 45 minutes but this was at Peak time and I found out that originally the order was made wrong so they took the extra time to make sure it was made right. The food came exactly how I wanted it and apretty good price. I would highly recommend.

Went there for first time. Good food. Unfortunately, the customer service was bad. The younger blond girl that worked the counter had attitude when asked a question and confirmation about menu pricing. And the young guy who prepped the food and saidmy order was ready didn't even say, thank you. These two workers know absolutely nothing about customer service and respect.Therefore, although the restaurant has good food, I will neither return nor recommend Elm Pizza to anyone. There are many moreplaces in Western Mass for pizza without the attitudes.
