"I wish I could give this no stars. I called to order food and the lady on the phone was rushing me to order. I wasn 't done ordering my food when she hung up on me. Ok, I called back to order again.. all she said was yeah yeah ok i got it then hangsup. I waited 1hour and 30 minutes for my food to get here. I called back to see what was going on and they told me the food willbe here in 3 minutes. 10 more minutes passed and I called again and they said the driver will be here in 5 minutes and that myfood was fresh and hot. Once the driver got here, we checked the food and the order was completely wrong and it was very cold.We called back for a refund and she was very mad even though we got our food order incorrect."

I feel cheated; I spent $100 on what was likely the worst Chinese food I've ever had.

Empire is an excellent choice for takeout. While it may not be upscale, I frequently enjoy straightforward dishes like fried rice. The portion sizes are quite generous.

The food is outstanding, but I wouldn't recommend ordering through their website. After using my card there, I faced several fraudulent charges, and it was the only place I had used my card that week.

This is the best Chinese food around! The food is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Although the exterior may look like a typical Chinese restaurant, don’t let that deter you – it's well worth a visit!

Ordered delivery and the service was quick. However, I don’t think I have ever seen general Tso’s chicken with such little meat. Literally 90% of the meal was all breading. Very disappointing. If you really like heavy breading and no meat, this is theplace to go. View menu

Very good take out Chinese food. Fast and efficient. Call and by the time you get there the order is always ready. Prices are very fair. Place could use some modernizing but that is my only complaint. They also deliver which is nice. My go toplace for take out Chinese food. Food is always made fresh to order.

Their wonton soup is without a doubt the BEST I’ve ever tasted! As a 49-year-old woman who has had my fair share of Chinese food, I can confidently say this. I was initially going to claim it as the best soup in Westchester, but I truly believe it's the best anywhere! I often dislike when soups are bland, dull, or unexciting, but the wonton soup from Empire is bursting with flavor—it's savory and absolutely delicious! The rest of their menu is fantastic as well, but that soup? It deserves a perfect ten out of ten!

"Consistently delicious high quality food with good prices and large portions. I like the goat the most, lamb #2, but I've tried all the lunch/dinner options and they're all excellent. All dinner/lunch options have the same sides. The only difference is price and protein. The proteins have consistently been tender and well spiced. I'm used to spicy food, so this doesn't bother me at all, but those averse to even low level of spiciness may find it spicy or may want to ask to tone down the scoville level. It comes w/ fluffy basmati rice, salad, yummy spicy green sauce (basbaas? , banana, bottle of water, a delicious spiced tea (closest thing I've had to it is Ethiopian spiced tea or some Indian chai but without the milk , and awesome soup. The soup is light brothy, but deeply flavored. That soup in many other restaurants would easily be the signature dish and worth spending extra on. If I have any complaint about the place is that sometimes they run out of that awesome soup and to a lesser extent, the delicious tea, especially towards the end of the day. The portion size is enough to split into 2 comfortable sized meals or if you're extra hungry, it will definitely satiate most appetite levels. The service has always been friendly, nice, and helpful. The decor/atmosphere is definitely not fancy. It's very casual, and before covid restrictions, was like a bit of a community gathering spot. Diverse groups of people would come here. Added bonus is that it's halal (Somalia is predominantly Muslim after all . If you go during the Ramadan, hours may differ, so check ahead if during that time of year."

"The steak here is so delicious. I got the porterhouse and loved it so much forgot to take a picture. My server Elvis was the best. Made me feel like I've known him forever. I ordered what he recommended was popular because it was my first time here. I also got the garlic masher taters(as stated on menu) and the flavor was so tasty. My gf got a filet mignon it was delicious to her it mixed well with her garlic masher taters as well. The bread brought to the table had a finecrunch and the side butter had a great flavor. I love how they bring two different types of bread. The water was so refreshing glad I didn't get served tap water. I will recommend everyone I know to come here for a steak. Dessert: got thepiece of cheese cake and it's a very delicious creamy cheese came with homemade cool whip and some fruit. 20/10 rating Parking: 0/10 it's about 30$ to park at this hotel where it's located or in a nearby parking garage. I would recommendparking at Carl's Jr. And taking the 7 minute walk on a nice night. I believe they should have a two hour parking for 10$ or you must get a barcode from restaurant to get a discount on parking. I'm not sure but that's the only faulthere. This is not a place to come if you are on a budget but the mood is right if you love great food and being treated respectfully while listening to soothing music and having a conversation or just to be alone."
