"Really surprising place. The ambience is nice, the personnel is super courteous. I had a great 3 course meal. The scallops were cooked to perfection and amazing. For main course I had steak and crab with bernaise, the crab cake was delicious, I order my steak medium rare but it came out more as a medium well, still it was great. And a nice piece of cheesecake with raspberry sauce for dessert. All in all a good experience that I might be doing again pretty soon... Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"They really ought to put a sign on the door that says "By Reservation Only." If you try to walk in for an impromptu drink at the bar while exploring downtown Thibodaux, you’ll quickly feel like an unwelcome guest who needs to be hurried along. When we asked if there was a spot at the bar, they technically didn’t have to say yes, but they seated us anyway, even though it was clear they didn’t want to (without a reservation). The service was incredibly fast—usually a good thing, but in this case, it felt overly rushed and uncomfortable. After our first visit, we thought we might have been reading too much into it, but our second visit confirmed that this was a recurring issue. We understand that the atmosphere plays a big role, but they should be upfront about their preferences. There’s no need for passive-aggressiveness. On a brighter note, the Old Fashioned cocktail is definitely worth the awkwardness. For a smoother experience, though, it’s best to make a reservation."

"This was my first time dining at this restaurant and I was impressed with the service. I ordered the hangover burger with fries, which was delicious. I plan on trying other items on the menu soon. On my second visit on Saturday night, I tried the Crawfish Monica. The dish consisted of 9 fried crawfish on top of a box of macaroni noodles and cost me $24. I also had a cup of Gumbo for $7, which was okay but I wouldn't order it again. The waitress was very polite and did a great job. Overall, the meal was a dinner setting with a price range of $30 to $50 per person. I would rate the food a 2 and the service a 5 out of 5."

"We visited this restaurant for some barbecue and our meal was delicious. I ordered the smoked turkey chophouse salad with blue cheese dressing, while my girlfriend had the two meat plate with brisket and sausage, accompanied by Mac n cheese and coleslaw. The portions were generous and everything tasted great. We will definitely return when we are in the area again. The restaurant has a nice bar and multiple TVs for watching games. "Why wouldn’t this Place of business put on their website that you cannot order online. Instead you go through all of the steps of ordering online and the system charges your card twice!!! When I called and spoke to the general manager Brenda and expressed my concerns and that I was absolutely upset because my card was charged $46 twice!! Her attitude towards me was eventually your money will come back to you!!! And that they are having problems with the system online. She was very unprofessional I lived in Texas for 18 1/2 years there is no way a Mexican or Tex-Mex restaurant would be so unprofessional. We are in Louisiana where our cuisine is Cajun food Brenda makes the Mexican culture look horrible!!!!! "
